Northland Property Services, Inc. (NPS, Inc.) has been serving the Anchorage and Mat-Su communities since 2005. We are your premier year-round grounds maintenance company. During the winter months, we specialize in commercial snow plowing, sanding, and snow hauling. During the Spring/Summer months, we specialize in spring asphalt clean-ups, asphalt paving, crack filling, sealcoating, and parking lot striping.

NPS, Inc. is a family-owned business headed by Gary Pillans. Gary has over 20 years of experience perfecting the skills and knowledge to overcome the unique challenges that Alaska has to offer.
